前陣子更新電腦 因為許多的問題害我的blog停擺了許久

一方面是買了via 8237a的chipset 要多花一點功夫才能使用sata hd

二方面是之前從沒注意到mysql的encoding設定

三方面是我在當兵 實在沒辦法砸大筆的時間下去解法啊T_T

a. GOP_STARCODE 0×000001b3
VOP_STARCODE 0×000001b6 ( video object planet, it’s a startcode of frames, including I, P frames )
(These definitions are gotten from ffmpeg/libavcodec)

b. It seems that if the byte after VOP_STARCODE anded with 0xf0 equals 0×10, then the following media is an I-frame.
